ERMS UK offers a comprehensive technical division that covers all our individual customers’ needs. All produce sourced through our procurement team is subjected to rigorous quality control standards throughout the whole supply chain.
Our goal is to achieve consistency and product uniformity, both by quality, taste excellence and presentation to meet our customers specifications.
Food safety and strict hygiene standards are applied in all areas of our facility. Our highly trained, hard working adaptable team focus on guaranteeing full traceability of products from supplier to customer and ensuring that all products meet the high standards of our customers from quality through to individual packaging requirements.
Our technical team work beyond our facilities in Cambridgeshire. They work closely with are growers/suppliers to ensure that all follow to the stringent requirements of our customers and trading practices.
To ensure these procedures are met, we constantly visit our grower/suppliers inspecting the produce supply chain. Monitoring crops, treatments, packing facilities and ethical procedures.
Our entire suppliers base falls under one of the following accreditations – EuroGap, GlobalGap or Assured Produce.
We ourselves are accredited via all of the following industry recognised bodies;
BRC/EFSIS certified GRADE ‘A’
Soil Association (ORGANIC)
Red Tractor (Assured Food Standards)
ALP (Associated Member) – Supporting Labour Standards
